PACER in Sacramento and Cameron Park PACER - the Post Adoption Center for Education and Research - has very active support groups in Sacramento and Cameron Park, California. If you are an adult member of the adoption triad (adoptee, adoptive parent or birthparent) in the Sacramento or Cameron Park areas, you are invited and encouraged to attend monthly support group meetings. PACER meetings are support meetings, not search meetings, however, many members have completed their own searches and are more than happy to assist others that have made a decision to search.
